Six screens on one press, amazing! The substrate revolves on a carousel, keeping a perfect registration from one colour to the next. This press is able to print a very high quality silk screen job at 1/6th of the traditional silk screen print time, unheard of until now! Perfect for large runs and short timetables.
The purchase of this Automated Screen-Washer has really amped-up our ability to respond more efficiently to increased production turn-a-round times. And as if that wasn’t enough of a reason to purchase this new equipment, it has also greatly decreased the amount of chemicals we need to use in our plant, so even Mother Nature reaps the benefits from this acquisition!
